Understanding Content Management Systems

Content Management Systems (CMS) are essential tools for managing digital content. They allow users to create, edit, and publish content without needing extensive technical knowledge. This guide will explore the key features and benefits of using a CMS.

What is a CMS?

A CMS is a software application that enables users to manage website content easily. It provides a user-friendly interface for creating and organizing content, making it accessible to non-technical users.

CMS platforms empower users to take control of their digital presence.

How does it work exactly?

Once you subscribe, we'll onboard your brand assets on Figma. We'll quickly share an inspiration board to support your first brief.

Once it's done, we'll move on to business as usual:

- 1-2 days for an entire email
- 3 days for a standard design batch (5 ad concepts).
- 1-2 days per revision round.

Example: You send a brief on Monday. You receive the V1 of your designs on Thursday afternoon. You give feedback in the afternoon. We fix them on Friday.

We work with freelancers

You should stop juggling with freelancers.

- Freelancers may not be available
- You'll face inconsistent turnarounds
- They have limited access to premium software
- They're not scalable
- More needs = more freelancers = inconsistent quality & turnarounds

We offer a scalable design solution that matches your needs. Our lead times are consistent and we invest heavily in the latest tools.

We have designers in-house already

Brand designers shouldn't design your ads.

- Ad design is a specific skill they lack.
- They should focus on higher-level creative tasks.
- They lack the tools & processes to scale marketing materials.

We can deliver more output than in-house designers at half the price.
